Gwinnett Partners acquires, develops and owns investment real estate with a 2003 sales volume in excess of 100 million dollars. The firm's investment philosophy and success is based on the company owners Marty Kennedy and Wayne Mason. Together these partners have a combined 70 years of seasoned experience within the Atlanta Real Estate Market.

In 2003 Gwinnett Partners began to conduct new acquisition and development activities in markets outside and in addition to the metro Atlanta area including sites in Augusta, GA, Oxford, MS, Birmingham, AL and Athens, Ohio.

Also in 2003, Gwinnett Partners reached higher ground when its innovative approach for maximizing land came before Gwinnett County Officials, resulting in the approval and establishment of a Mixed Use Development for the first time ever in Gwinnett County.

A few of the company's main business involvements include its activity and membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers, The Gwinnett Council for Quality Growth, The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and The Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.

Gwinnett Partners is a firm believer in giving back and promoting its home community and the company extends it’s support and participation annually to The American Heart Association, Gwinnett Heart Ball, Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful, Jazzy Cajun Thing, (annual fundraiser for Annandale Village, Home for the Mentally Disabled), The March of Dimes, Walk for Healthier Babies and The Gwinnett Chamber Challenge and Charity Golf Tournament.
